Please quit using that donut picture. It's making me crave donuts! :) (And yes, I am just teasing you, but I'm sincere in saying that it makes me want to eat one.)

Hi! I am fairly new to your blog and I have a question. It seems to me you are making two dinners each day.

Hello Collins Family!

I often post my menu plans with breakfast, lunch, and dinner..but the past few weeks I've put breakfast up at the top in a place all to itself. Its almost glanced over.

But the 2 meals listed are lunch and supper.

I have six kids and DH works from home. I feel its cheaper and healthier to make meals from scratch.

But you are right- often there's as much cooking for lunch as there is for supper! ;-) But we are all home all day, as I home school. The kids school at the table so I can easily see and help. I work while they work and it all works out
:-).

There are days though that I will do quick 'lunches' making simple bean and cheese burritos or egg and cheese wraps, etc.

I'm out of wheat right now but I often will make different kinds of breads to make lunch a little easier too.

I hope that answers your question! :-)
