Menu Plan: April 7, 2012

 Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!

My frugal tip of the week: Buy your meat in bulk, once-a-month. When you get it home, section it out in meal-sized portions and freeze. This month, I spent $139 and got enough meat for 30 meals for my family. That's a month's worth of meat!

-Whole Wheat Choc. Chip Waffles from the freezer
-Grilled Hamburgers, fresh fruit salad
-Homemade Pizza
snacks:Apples with peanut butter
-Peanut Butter Granola and milk
-leftover Homemade Pizza, pineapple
-Lamb, Easter Cake
snacks:Easter candy, leftover pineapple
-Breakfast Cake, Strawberry Kefir Smoothie
-Turkey Breast and Cheddar Sandwiches, celery sticks, leftover cake
-Chipotle Tilapia, spinach salad,steamed broccoli
snacks:Fresh Fruit and Nut Salad
-Buttermilk Biscuits, Sausage Gravy
-Hamburger Soup w/ Amish Bread, homemade jelly
-Easy Dump Chicken, Golden Broccoli Salad, potato wedges
snacks:Blueberry Kefir Smoothie
-Ricotta Stuffed Crepes
-15 Bean Soup, Cornbread Muffins
-Frugal Stir Fry, brown rice
snacks: Banana-Avocado-Mango Smoothies
-Wheat-n-Buckwheat Pancakes
-Spring Rolls, deviled eggs, spinach salad
-Breaded Ranch Chicken, Golden Broccoli Salad, Roasted Rosemary Potatoes
snacks:Maple-Nut Oatmeal Cookies
-Vanilla-Cinnamon Quinoa Pudding
-Crispy Southern Chicken Livers, oven fries
-Homemade Pizza, Lemon Shortbread Cookies
snacks: Pureed Frozen Fruit Cups
