Menu: February 18, 2012

 Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!

My frugal tips of the week:
Bake bread over the weekend, slice, place in zipper bags in the fridge, and you have an easy quick snack or breakfast- toast!  -Just add butter and jam ;-)
Check your dates and rotate your foods in your pantry! You don't want anything to go bad, however, many things are still good after the 'best if used by' date. I found older peanut butter that I've worked into my menu this week.

We had fajitas this weekend and they were delicious. My husband purchased fajita meat at our local Mexican market, made his famous guacamole and tortilla chips.
Your menu plan sounds delicious.
Have a wonderful week!
