Sounds very yummy! I made your choc carob custard for the kids yum!

Got a question for you..My father in law asked me to cook for my husbands mother on Thursday night her b-day..I am making crockpot enchiladas..healthy version... green salad and I need help with the cake. I am wanting to make something healthy and not sugar loaded. I would like something made with wheat and natural sugars. you got any ideas?
