WELCOME TO MY BELATED MENU PLAN MONDAY!
SATURDAY:
- Cream of Wheat-Butternut Squash Soup, bagels w/ cream cheese
- Grilled hamburgers*, lettuce, tomato, onions-sliced oranges
snacks: clementines, juiced apples & carrots, buttered popcorn
SUNDAY:
-Bagels w/ cream cheese- Spiral Ham, green bean casserole, sweet potatoes, Whole wheat rolls, cake
-leftovers from lunch
snacks: sliced oranges, boiled eggs and mustard
MONDAY:
-oatmeal
-Salmon loaf, sauteed zucchini, tossed salad, sliced oranges
-Stuffed peppers, green salad, corn, cake
snacks: sliced apples w/ pb yogurt dip, salsa and chips
TUESDAY:
- Oat Bran Pancakes- 15 Bean Soup, cornmeal muffins, brownies
-BBQ chicken legs, potato wedges, slaw, leftover brownies
snacks: sliced oranges, carrots and dip, sliced apples
WEDNESDAY:
-Homemade French Toast Sticks (freezer)-Polish Sausage Skillet Dish, green salad, Berry Smoothies
-Tacos, guacamole and chips, Apple Crisp
snacks: celery and carrot sticks w/ dip, frozen smoothie pops
THURSDAY:
- Peanut Butter Pancakes (freezer)-tuna salad, romaine salad, zucchini bread
- Italian Baked Chicken Breasts, Twisted Garlic Bread Sticks, green salad, Pumpkin Pie
snacks:bagels w/ cream cheese, sliced apples
FRIDAY:
-leftover pumpkin pie- ham and beans, greens, cornbread, Applesauce Pudding
- Chili from the beans, cornmeal muffins, Chocolate Covered Cherry Muffins
snacks:muffins, juiced apples and carrots, Garlic Almonds

Our local Cash-n-Carrysells boxed hamburgers, 50ct for $21. They are quite thin, but this will make for 5 meals this month of burgers! Yah! Burgers for all- for less than $6 a meal- buns and all! (My crew is so tickled about these that I'm sure to get lots of kisses for Mother's Day!)
