Menu Plan: April 21, 2012

Welcome to Menu Plan Monday
My frugal tip of the week: Use more spices and seasonings to change up your normal 'staples'. When you find combinations that your family really likes, use those on other dishes. For example, if your family loves Italian seasonings, use them on your chicken, in your ground beef, in your veggies, and even in your bread. You can take the same basic foods and make them 'new'!

Great tip and your menu looks wonderful! I defiantly need to change up some staples around here. I can't wait till my lettuces is ready to eat from the garden! Hopefully next week and then we can have fresh salads, we have been eating basics for some time now and they can get boring!
