Menu Plan: May 5, 2012

 Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!

-8-Grain Porridge
-Hamburgers, cookies
-Roast, potatoes, carrots, Savory Rye Berries
snacks:tea, nuts, biscuits and homemade jelly
-kids' choice
-Speckled Butter Beans, Swiss Chard from the garden (w/ raw vinegar), corn, Cuban Bread, jelly
-Chicken Strips, potato wedges, sliced cukes, grapes
-Basil-Mayo Chicken Wraps, sliced cukes and roma tomatoes
snacks:Whole food fondue and fruit
-Tapatio Chicken Thighs, cole slaw, beet greens from the garden
snacks:Oh My Stars Cookie Bars, apples
-15 Bean Soup w/ hambone and garden kale, Cornbread
-Poor Man's Steak, spinach salad, steamed broccoli
snacks: Chocolate Cheesecake Balls, bananas
-Turkey-Bacon Cups, spinach salad, steamed broccoli
-Italian Sausage Spaghetti, French Bread, homemade jelly
snacks:bread and jelly, celery sticks
-Split Pea Soup w/ hambone, Cornmeal Muffins
snacks:Banana Sherbet Cups, leftover bread toasted with cinnamon-sugar

Your menu is fantastic!

I love pea soup! Finns go insane for it. I think it's a national dish every Thursday in the winter...can't remember that clearly lol!
