For this week's menu, I have several breakfast items made up and frozen for quick use in the mornings.
SATURDAY:
L-burgers, grapes, brownies
S-shrimp and potato logs, apples
snacks:vanilla pudding, pretzel sticks, grapes
SUNDAY:
L-spaghetti from home canned tomatoes, Apple Crisp
S- grilled Maple-Dijon Chicken, salad, lima beans, frozen pudding pops
snacks: sunflower seeds, raisins, yogurt
MONDAY:
L- shrimp fajitas, Tutti Fruit Compote
S- Poor Man's Steak, salad, speckled butter beans, fried apples
snacks:gourmet popcorn, mixed fruit slushies
TUESDAY:
L-Salmon Loaf, peas-n-carrots, Rustic Spelt Rolls, leftover fried apples
S-Seafood Lasagna, Choco-wheat Cake
snacks: Sour Gummy Worms, apple slices, homemade crackers with cream cheese spread
WEDNESDAY:
L- Cranberry Beans-n-Bacon, cornbread, spinach,
S- BBQ Chicken Quarters, leftover beans, turnip greens
snacks: carrots and cream cheese dip, apple slices, Banana Split Yogurt Smoothie
THURSDAY:
L-Split Pea Soup, cornbread, cookies
snacks:apple slices, Cracker Candy with peanuts, Braided Swiss Bread with jelly
FRIDAY:
L-Baked Lemon Pepper Salmon, salad, corn , Lemon Bread
snacks: Oh My Stars Cookie Bars, yogurt, sliced apples

Freezing the french toast is a wonderful idea. I usually freeze muffins and pancakes but never thought about french toast! I think I have a new project for this weekend!
