Menu Plan....

I spent some extra time baking over the weekend to give me a jump start on some busy days that we will have this week. With that done- now I'm ready for Menu Plan Monday!

SATURDAY:
-kids choice
-butter bean soup, cornbread, banana nut bread
-sandwiches with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, peppers, blackberries, homemade iced chocolate graham bites
Snacks: dried cranberries, pumpernickel bread and honey, milk and cake (leftover from bday), sliced apples

SUNDAY:
-toasted breakfast bread with jelly, scrambled eggs
-grilled cheese sandwiches on homemade amish bread, spinach salad, graham bites
-frugal steaks, baked potatoes, spinach salad, 10 grain muffins
Snacks: pumpernickel bread and cream cheese, fresh pineapple, sliced apples

MONDAY:
-10 grain muffins, milk
-tuna helper scratch, fried cabbage, marinated vegetables, juice pops
- BBQ chicken legs, mashed potatoes, creamed asparagus, homemade cookies
Snacks: Oatmeal Scotchies, grapes, apples, boiled eggs

TUESDAY:
-kids choice
-lasagna, green salad, banana nut bread
-breakfast casserole from the crockpot, toast or biscuits and preserves
Snacks: dried fruit, crispy almonds, beef jerky

WEDNESDAY:
- turkey bacon and eggs
-fish, potato wedges, slaw, fruit salad
-Dump chicken quarters, potato salad, golden broccoli salad, cherry crisp
Snacks: sliced apples, buttered popcorn, celery sticks and baby carrots and dip

THURSDAY:
-soaked oatmeal, blueberries from the freezer
- salmon loaf, leftover potato salad, marinated vegetables
- roast, potatoes, carrots, celery, mushrooms, cornbread
Snacks: berry slushie, chips and salsa, Chocolate-berry Muffins

FRIDAY:
-Kamut English Muffins, eggs, jelly
-sausage meatloaf, potato wedges, green salad, pineapple
-grilled lemon-pepper chicken breasts, fried potatoes, buttered asparagus, homemade chocolate pudding
Snacks: homemade pickles, pretzels, apples, sunflower seeds

I just had to let you know how much I enjoy your menus! (well, I enjoy most all of your posts, really)

They are so thorough and well-designed.

I may have missed it, but have you ever done a post on HOW to plan? I'd love some advice.
