Looks like your family is going to have some delicious meals!
Have you tried any recipes from "$3Low Calorie Meals"?
I'm always looking for economic and healthy recipes for our family.

Rona,
I don't have the books- I saw them at BAM and they looked great! (frugal and easy) ..I spent some time flipping through them and they all looked great!

Economic- you'll notice beans on my menu a couple of times this week! ;-)

Most, but not all of our meals average around $5 or $6.(The lower priced meals balance out the higher priced ones.)
